Job Description

Lead Our Team on St. Simons Island, GA Store Manager We're looking for a style-savvy, people-loving leader for our TINA Stephens boutique in Redfern Village. If you have a passion for fashion & a natural flair for customer service, we'd love to meet you! The Store Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, daily operations, and performance of a TINA Stephens boutique. This role leads by example to create an exceptional customer experience, cultivate a positive team culture, and drive sales and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the store team by modeling professionalism, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse, customer-focused team Train, coach, and develop employees to uphold the service standards and brand expectations of TINA Stephens Foster a welcoming, team-oriented, and results-driven store environment Ensure visual merchandising and presentation standards are maintained throughout the sales floor and backroom Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory and stock levels Manage payroll and staffing schedules to support business needs while maintaining efficiency Oversee daily store operations, ensuring the boutique remains clean, organized, and well maintained at all times Drive sales performance through leadership, customer engagement, and effective business planning Maintain strong communication with leadership and team members regarding store performance, goals, and opportunities Qualifications & Skills Ability to lead and manage a small customer focused team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven customer service and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced retail environment Motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Integrity, professionalism, and accountability Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs Ability to forecast, plan, and prioritize effectively Confidence in managing daily operations and employee performance Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous retail store management experience required Experience in fashion, specialty retail, or boutique environments preferred
