Store Manager / Front Desk Coordinator Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Company Bee Line Medical Supply Wheat Ridge, CO Job Details Full-time $22 - $25 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Practice management Medical office management Electronic health records (EHR) management Medical office experience Medical records Healthcare management Full Job Description Overview We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused, and sales-driven Store Manager / Front Desk Coordinator to support daily branch operations while delivering outstanding patient service and driving sales growth. This role is more than front desk support — the Store Manager is responsible for customer relationships, branch coordination, recurring client retention, and creating an excellent customer experience for both insurance and private-pay clients. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in clients Educate clients on products, insurance coverage, and private-pay options Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Support insurance and private-pay sales growth Schedule appointments, deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups Maintain recurring client relationships and reorder follow-up Coordinate workflow with Intake, Billing, Delivery, and Customer Support Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Support organized, efficient, and customer-focused branch operations Qualifications Customer service, healthcare, retail, or sales experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Sales-oriented mindset with focus on customer satisfaction and retention DME or medical office experience is a plus Success in This Role Strong customer satisfaction and retention Increased insurance and private-pay sales Organized and efficient branch operations Long-term client relationships and recurring revenue growth Experience Proven supervisory experience in a healthcare or retail environment with strong leadership skills Background in medical office management or clinic administration preferred; familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks essential Experience working within HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and billing processes related to durable medical equipment or healthcare services Demonstrated ability in office management tasks including budgeting, financial oversight, human resources functions, and practice management Prior experience in dental office or veterinary settings is a plus but not required; healthcare management experience is highly valued Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment If you enjoy helping people, building customer relationships, and contributing to a growing healthcare company, we would love to hear from you.
