We are seeking an inspiring and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Greenwich boutique. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Leadership Drive personal and store sales performance by delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving established sales goals. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service and proactive outreach via phone, email, and text. Lead by example on the sales floor, inspiring the team to consistently exceed customer expectations. Team Development & Leadership Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Provide ongoing coaching and real-time feedback to support team growth and performance. Create a culture that encourages accountability, confidence, and leadership development. Operational Excellence Oversee all daily store operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure the boutique maintains the highest standards of organization, presentation, and operational efficiency. Partner with cross-functional teams including Human Resources, Operations, Client Services, and Visual Merchandising to support overall business goals. Brand Representation Maintain an elevated store environment through impeccable merchandising, storefront presentation, and customer service standards. Ensure the boutique reflects the sophistication, quality, and heritage of the brand. Qualifications 2-4 years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury, premium, or children's fashion. Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent organizational and operational management abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer relationship building. Self-motivated, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset. Knowledge of children's fashion is a plus. Fluency in French is preferred.
