We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our new Bonmarché store opening in Plympton. Situated within this busy suburban shopping area, inside the co-op, the store will benefit from a loyal local customer base and steady footfall throughout the weeks. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the store's overall performance, driving sales, managing stock and costs efficiently, and leading and developing a motivated team. You'll ensure high standards of customer service and visual presentation are maintained, creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience. What's in it for you?
