Job Description

Strategic Planner Supply Chain Rehovot, IL (Nova HQ) Role Description What we are looking for: Nova seeks a Strategic Planner to support our Operations organization and drive long‑horizon material planning activities. In this role, you will become an integral part of the Operations and Planning organization, enabling stable and scalable production by translating business strategy and future demand into structured material plans. As a Strategic Planner, you will play a pivotal role in long‑term decision making, working closely with cross‑organizational functions to ensure alignment between strategy, material availability, and operational execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity for candidates who are passionate about supply chain planning and are eager to make a meaningful impact on Nova's business performance. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Planning teams and have the opportunity to influence how Nova plans and scales its operations over time. Responsibilities What will you be doing: Take ownership of long‑term material and supply planning to support business and production strategy. Translate forecasted demand, business priorities, and growth plans into structured material planning scenarios. Analyze material availability, capacity constraints, and supply risks and support data‑driven decision making. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production Line Managers, Purchasing, and Planners to align assumptions and plans. Define planning methodologies, horizons, and guidelines for strategic material planning. Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in the long‑term supply plan and drive mitigation actions. Support strategic initiatives such as ramp‑ups, new products, and long‑term capacity planning. Continuously improve planning processes, visibility, and data quality across the organization. Requirements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field Proven experience in material planning within a multidisciplinary organization Experience working with Engineering, Production, and Purchasing interfaces Strong analytical skills and ability to work with long planning horizons High proficiency in Excel Fluent English (written and spoken) Experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP
