Stretch Specialist/ Assisted Stretch & Mobility Coach

Overview At Elements Massage® Northport, we help people move better, feel better, and live better. We're looking for a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands-on stretch and mobility sessions in a calm, supportive, wellness-focused studio environment. This is a great opportunity for movement professionals who enjoy one-on-one client care, value consistency over chaos, and want to build meaningful relationships, without sales pressure or clinical documentation. Part Time - $22-$27 per hour Responsibilities Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage approved techniques Guide clients through active and passive stretches to support flexibility and movement Educate clients on stretching benefits, visit frequency, and simple at-home care Create a welcoming client experience Communicate professionally with clients and team members Follow safety, cleanliness, and scope-of-practice guidelines Qualifications Candidates must have one or more of the following: Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field Athletic Trainer (AT or ATC) Yoga or Pilates instructor certification Additionally, you should have: A flexible schedule, weeknights and weekends is a plus A passion for helping people move and feel better Comfort providing hands-on assisted stretch services Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset Benefits Free Monthly Services Retail Discount
