Structural Welder/ Fabricator

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and reliable Structural Steel Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in reading blueprints, fabricating steel components, and performing high-quality welds in a shop and/or field environment.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Cut, fit, and weld structural steel components using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes Operate fabrication equipment including shears, saws, grinders, and torches Measure and inspect finished work to ensure accuracy and quality Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations Collaborate with other fabricators, welders, and project managers to meet deadlines and project requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of structural steel fabrication and welding experience Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding techniques Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and shop fabrication prints Familiarity with common fabrication tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently or as part of a team Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent) are a plus Valid driver's license
