This is a non-union position and requires travel. Traveling technicians are home either every weekend or every other weekend depending on the project installation needs. Responsibilities Roughing in, terminating, and testing copper cabling. Fiber termination experience is a plus Installing pathway supports such as j-hooks and ladder trays Servicing/troubleshooting network cabling in a commercial environment Installing closet hardware including backboards, connecting blocks, racks, patch panels and fiber enclosures
