Job Description
The National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Student Advisor / Student Advisor Liaison to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people make life-changing decisions, and has strong communication and follow-up skills. Depending on experience and strengths, candidates may be placed in either a Student Advisor or Student Advisor Liaison role. Student Advisors work directly with prospective students to understand their goals, educate them on available training programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting consultative phone appointments with prospective students Building relationships and identifying student goals and motivations Educating students on training programs, certifications, and career opportunities Managing follow-up through calls, texts, email, and CRM workflows Helping students navigate financing and enrollment options Maintaining accurate notes and communication tracking in CRM Achieving enrollment and performance goals while maintaining excellent student experience Student Advisor Liaisons are the first point of contact for new leads and inbound inquiries. This role focuses on speed-to-lead, relationship building, and connecting prospective students with Advisors.Responsibilities include:
Responding quickly to inbound leads and inquiries Managing inbound calls and digital lead engagement Contacting prospective students via phone, text, and email Qualifying and nurturing prospective student interest Scheduling appointments and coordinating Advisor handoffs Managing CRM lead flow and maintaining accurate records Supporting social media and website inquiry engagement when neededRequired Skills and Qualifications:
Texas Workforce Commission Certification (Must pass certification test) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations at once Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail Comfortable using CRM systems and technology Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Professional phone etiquette Strong problem-solving skills Time management and organizational skillsPreferred Experience Admissions, enrollment, or student advising experience Sales, inside sales, or consultative sales experience Call center, appointment setting, or lead management experience CRM experience (preferred) Customer relationship management or business development background Have Excellent negotiation skills. Demonstrate effective communication skills. Candidate will conduct face-to-face or over-the-phone meetings with existing and potential students. 5+ years of excellent sales and customer service skills. Building and sustaining relationships with new and existing students. Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets. Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, student accounts, and sales. Staying aware of the latest industry developments. Strategically negotiating with potential and existing students to close sales. Drive to meet or exceed sales targets. Capable of working with fellow Sales Representatives to accomplish set team goals.Preferred Experience:
Admissions, enrollment, or student advising experience Sales, inside sales, or consultative sales experience Telemarketing or Collections experience Call center, appointment setting, or lead management experience CRM experience (preferred) Customer relationship management or business development backgroundPay:
