Student Intermediate Level Requisition ID req26227 Working Title Student Affairs Office Assistant Pay $15.00 Hourly Campus Taos Department Taos Branch Employment Type Student Employment Student Type Work-Study Status Non-Exempt Background Check Required No For Best Consideration Date 4/30/2026 Position Summary The UNM-Taos Student Affairs department is seeking an energetic and dedicated student employee who has good oral and written skills to fill Office Assistant work study position. Duties and Responsibilities Welcomes and greets visitors, staff, students, parents in person or on the phone; directs visitors, students, and parents to appropriate department or sites. Responsible for retrieving and delivering mail, scanning documents/forms, answering multi-line phone calls, screen phone calls, transfer phone calls to appropriate staff/departments. Responsible for preparing folders/files for scanning Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
