Work closely in a team environment to deliver outstanding "concierge-level" customer service through" phone, email, "and live chat. Troubleshoot student support issues and coordinate solutions across various service and business units Play a significant part in creating customer service best practices and improving service levels. Assist in executing tactical approaches to enhance service quality throughout the organization. Ensure the team's smooth daily service operations. Adhere strictly to organizational procedures regarding the security and confidentiality of student financial information. Comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Requirements 1-2 years of related experience Strong communication and multitasking skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
