Studio Director

YogaSpark is a fast-growing, high-service hot power yoga studio founded in 2013 in Mamaroneck, NY. We are opening a new location in Darien, CT in fall 2026. We believe this is a great opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a quickly growing organization. As Studio Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day aspects of the operations of the Westchester location. This includes client experience, customer support, sales, studio appearance, organization, laundry, managing front desk staff and teacher schedules. You will be the friendly face of the studio and an important connection with our community! You are NOT expected to teach classes, although if you are a teacher in search of a managerial role, we can work teaching into the role.

Hours:

You will be considered "Manager on Duty" Monday through Friday from studio open to close, which includes being available to respond to emergencies via cell/email. You will be present and responsible for front desk operations for 3 morning/daytime shifts (6:45am-2pm) and 1 evening shift (5pm-9pm) per week. The remainder of the time you are welcome to work from the studio or from home, and there will be work outside of in-studio hours as this is a full time job. There will also be vendors, repair people and deliveries that need to be met in studio in between the hours of 1:30-5pm which you will be responsible for. You will report directly to the Owner and Founder. You will be responsible for hiring and overseeing all evening and weekend staff. This means that if a front desk person calls out last minute and there is no available sub, you will be expected to work in studio. You will liaise and work closely with our Teachers as well as our Marketing Director and Studio Directors in our Tuckahoe and Darien locations. Candidate must be energetic, motivated and proactive; flexible, entrepreneurial in nature and creative with problem solving skills; highly responsible; strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate must have completed high school and preferably college and be certified to work in the U.S. Managerial experience is required.
