What you'll do Perform professional teeth whitening treatments and deliver a client experience people talk about Close memberships and earn commissions — clients come in booked, your job is to convert and retain them Sell We Whiten branded products and earn commission on everything you close Keep the studio clean, stocked, and ready for every client Step into Paradise Valley as the Junior Studio Partner at our brand new location Our top performers came from exactly these backgrounds: Membership sales — You've closed recurring revenue before and you know retention matters as much as the first sale. Wireless and subscription sales — you've worked high volume, hit daily targets, and know how to handle objections without flinching. Automotive and high-ticket sales — you've sat across from someone skeptical and walked them out with a deal. That translates directly. Timeshare and vacation ownership — you've closed under pressure in a short window. That's exactly what we need. D2D and direct sales — you've closed cold. Closing a warm client already in the chair is easier, and you know it. What we need from you A track record of hitting numbers — we're metric-based and performance-driven here Warm, professional presence — clients remember you and come back because of you Comfortable working with people up close — you'll be applying whitening treatments, gloves and masks provided Detail-oriented — you follow the protocol, take the photos, complete the notes.
