Responsibilities:

Style hair using various techniques. Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring that children and parents feel welcome and valued. Keep up-to-date with the latest hair and beauty trends, and recommend products and services accordingly. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to salon standards. Manage appointments and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with other stylists to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients. Stay knowledgeable about retail sales and product offerings, and make recommendations to clients. Utilize retail math skills to accurately manage inventory and process transactions. Participate in ongoing training and education to expand skillset and stay current with industry developments.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on hair styling and extensions. Knowledge of barbering and straight razor techniques. Familiarity with eyelash extensions and other advanced beauty treatments. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Experience with MINDBODY or similar salon management software. A passion for mentoring and guiding junior staff members. A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
