Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Countertop Installer and play a vital role in transforming spaces with precision craftsmanship and expert installation skills. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential remodels to commercial renovations, ensuring each countertop is flawlessly installed to meet client expectations. We value safety, quality, and efficiency, providing a collaborative environment where your skills can shine and grow. We are looking for an experienced team that is already comfortable working together. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute installation plans. Install countertops made from various natural and engineered stone materials with attention to detail. Prepare surfaces by performing tasks like caulking, trimming, and sealing to ensure a seamless finish. Collaborate with office manager to coordinate installation schedules and site logistics. Operate heavy equipment when necessary for material handling or site preparation in compliance with safety standards. Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to verify adherence to specifications and client satisfaction. Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management principles. Experience with construction estimating, inspection, and project coordination. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, masonry tools, and other fabrication instruments. Skilled in working with natural and engineered stone countertop materials, preferably with experience doing finishing work. Excellent verbal English communication skills are required for collaborating with customers, contractors, and team members.
