Job Description

ProLift Garage Doors. Lansdale and Doylestown, PA. Serving Bucks, Montgomery, and Chester counties.
Pay:
$30 to $36 an hour, based on your experience. Plus 10% commission on the work you sell, and quarterly performance bonuses. Paid bi-weekly. A realistic first year for a high performer is $90,000 to $150,000. Those are real numbers from real hours, not "earn up to."
Schedule:
Monday to Friday with occasional rotational weekends. Who we are. A growing garage door company owned by veterans looking to grow our home services platform. We have been in Bucks and Montgomery for years and we are growing. You will deal with the owners directly, not an area manager. What the job is. You drive a company truck to homes in Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, and occasionally Philly. You diagnose the problem, explain the options in plain English, price it on site, and fix it. Springs, cables, rollers, openers, panels, full door replacements. Four to six calls a day. The customer already called us. You are not knocking on doors or cold calling. Who this is for. Experienced garage door techs who already run their own service calls and are not afraid to take the lead. This is not an entry-level job, and we are not running a training program for this role. What we care about. You show up on time every day. You are comfortable alone in a customer's house and they trust you. You can explain a $600 repair versus a $2,400 replacement while gaining the customer's trust. You like fixing things and you are not afraid of a 200-pound door. If you are good at your job and your employer is not good to you. You know who you are. You are tired of a ticket-average board, commission-only checks, mandatory weekends, and 7am to 8pm days. Your meetings are about ticket average and never about the work. You show up, you do it right, and nobody at the top has noticed. We will. What we offer you. Guaranteed hourly on top of commission. Your truck goes home with you after your trial period. We need one conversation and one day in the truck.
What you get:
company truck and gas card, tools, tablet and phone, paid holidays, paid sick time, PTO, health insurance, 401(k), uniforms, biweekly pay, and manufacturer training with Hörmann and LiftMaster paid by us.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of hands-on garage door service experience, running calls on your own Comfortable diagnosing and repairing springs, cables, openers, and panels without supervision Valid PA driver's license with a clean record Pass a background check and drug screen Lift 75 pounds and work on a ladder Use a tablet for job notes and photos Experience with Housecall Pro a plus Who should not apply. If you have not run garage door service calls on your own, this role is not the right fit. If you are looking for a job where nobody notices when you show up at 8:15, this is not it. If you want to sell people things they do not need to hit a number, this is not it either. If you are unhappy everywhere you have worked, this is not for you either.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Benefits:
401(k) Company truck Dental insurance Flexible schedule Fuel card Health insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Application Question(s): Do you have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record? Can you pass a background check and drug screen? In one or two sentences, describe the last thing you fixed with your hands.
