What You'll Do Support classrooms from infants (6 weeks) through school-age children Assist with daily routines, learning activities, and play Help maintain a safe, nurturing environment Follow classroom schedules and center policies Work alongside teachers and directors as part of the team Pay & Growth Starting pay is based on your experience, qualifications, and certifications. Higher starting pay available for candidates with: ✅ Pediatric First Aid and Pediatric CPR Training Only =$15 ✅ 10 hrs Health and Safety Orientation Training or 10 hrs Annual Training + above = $16 ✅ Childcare experience or credentials + above = $17-$20 Don't have certifications yet? No problem — We can & will help you obtain them. Your pay raise will go into effect immediately after completion. We believe in helping our team grow!
