Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation and serving to ensure quality standards are met consistently Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and efficient team Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels to minimize waste and control costs Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system; perform cash handling duties with integrity Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards through regular inspections and staff training Lead shift management by coordinating tasks, resolving customer issues promptly, and maintaining smooth workflow during busy hours Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to select qualified team members aligned with our service standards Requirements Experience in food service management or restaurant supervision within quick service or fast food environments Familiarity with POS systems; experience with cash handling is essential Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and supervising diverse teams Knowledge of food safety protocols, inventory control practices, and budgeting principles Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Compensation for this position will vary depending on experience.
