Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Subway Restaurant Manager and lead the charge in delivering exceptional fast-food experiences! In this energetic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure top-notch customer service, and manage a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence. Your leadership will drive food quality, safety standards, and staff development, creating a welcoming environment for both customers and team members. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts Lead, train, and develop staff to uphold Subway's standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste Oversee food preparation and food handling to meet health regulations and quality benchmarks Operate POS systems for accurate cash handling and sales transactions Implement shift management strategies to optimize staffing levels and operational flow Conduct staff interviews and training sessions to foster a high-performing team Enforce food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure an exceptional dining experience Assist with budgeting, cost control, and sales reporting to support overall restaurant profitability Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast-food environments Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Experience with inventory control, food management, and cash handling procedures Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and supervising personnel Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Background in hospitality management or culinary experience is highly desirable Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting Previous experience with shift management, budgeting, and food industry operations preferred This role offers an engaging environment where your leadership can inspire a motivated team while delivering outstanding service.
