We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide SUD services to individuals and families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to confidentiality in a behavioral health setting. Ideal candidates demonstrate empathy, strong communication and listening skills, and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries while delivering client care. Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients and families in collaboration with other members of the treatment team. Adhere to state and funding source regulations and guidelines. Develops individualized treatment plans with identified treatment modality Assures that ongoing communication and collaboration occurs among all treatment team members and other necessary staff, as well as family members and other providers as appropriate. Participates in required in-house and appropriate out-of-house trainings Identifies ongoing areas of professional development and learning opportunities. Actively participates in and receives supervision from assigned supervisorWhat We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Level with CADC Credential OR Master's Degree with CAADC Credential OR Current licensing in this Pennsylvania Commonwealth as anLPC, LCSW, LMFT
Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders. Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings to meet client needs. Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire:PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate Perks You'll Love:
