Daytime Hours Starting Payrates:

Interactive Kids is hiring ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our summer programming in Somers Point. Whether you're supporting students in a clinic-based setting or working within our structured summer programs, you'll be part of a team helping kids build communication, social, and independence skills in a supportive, energetic environment. This is hands-on, purposeful work, with real clinical experience and strong team support. What You'll Be Doing Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral support Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Support communication, social skills, and daily living goals Use reinforcement, prompting, and de-escalation strategies Collect and track simple data Work alongside BCBAs and clinical supervisors Participate in structured summer activities and programming Depending on final programming needs, positions may be based in: Clinic-based environments Structured summer programs Small-group skill-building settings Who This Is Perfect For Psychology, Education, ABA, or Human Services majors Current RBTs looking for consistent summer hours College students home for the summer Future BCBAs wanting hands-on experience School teachers and paraprofessionals looking to pick up part-time summer work Anyone who enjoys working with kids in active, engaging settings ABA experience is preferred, but we are open to motivated, trainable candidates who are eager to learn.
