Position Overview:

Join our team at Camp IHC as a Summer Bus Driver! We are seeking experienced drivers with a CDL Class B (Commercial Driver's License Class B) and a Passenger endorsement or School Bus endorsement to transport campers and staff to various activities and excursions throughout the summer. This is a summer position (June to August) that requires flexibility to work nights and weekends to accommodate our camp schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

CDL (Class B) with a Passenger endorsement, minimum requirement Minimum of two years of experience driving a Bus or coach bus Availability to work nights and weekends Strong commitment to safety and customer service

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $20 to $28 per hour (based on experience) Opportunity for higher pay if you have your own bus and are willing to use it. Hourly rate will be negotiated above $28 an hour. Room and board a possibility with the right candidate

Responsibilities:

Safely transport campers to and from activities, excursions, and off-site trips Provide a positive and friendly atmosphere for campers during transportation Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the bus Communicate effectively with camp leadership and staff Adhere to schedules and routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures
