Perks Of The Job Company Overview Chippewa Ranch Camp is a vibrant, all-girls residential summer camp nestled in a scenic location with access to a large lake. With a proud history spanning over 80 years, we offer a diverse array of activities such as horseback riding, water skiing, climbing walls, archery, arts, and landsports. Our mission is to foster friendships, independence, and kindness, helping young women grow into confident and compassionate individuals. Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Summer Camp Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our busy camp during the summer season. This pivotal role ensures smooth daily functioning by managing office tasks, coordinating schedules, supervising staff, and maintaining effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and be passionate about creating an organized and welcoming camp experience for staff and campers alike. Responsibilities Answer phone calls from parents, vendors, etc and address questions, take a message or relay to the appropriate person Oversee & deliver packages Utilize our camp database Support the staff, leadership team and directors with ad hoc tasks including materials preparation Monitor activity walkie-talkies to keep track of who signs them in and out, and to ensure they are returned in a timely fashion Help filter camper, staff & visitor requests as they come into the office Keep track of office inventory and place orders when it needs to be replenished Help with organization of supply needs- both online and in town Assist with other tasks as needed Skills Required Exceptional Communication & Organizational Skills Problem Solving Skills Calm & Warmhearted Nature Attention to Detail Work Fast and Efficient Adaptability/Flexibility Collaborator/Team Player Perks of the Job Meals provided during working shifts A beautiful camp surrounded by a stunning waterfront

6/1-8/5 (flexible on both ends)
Hours:
M-F 9am-5pm (also flexible)
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
