Summer Day Camp Counselor:

As a counselor, you'll be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children, planning and leading activities, and serving as a positive role model and mentor. You'll also have the chance to take the kids on exciting field trips, exploring the community, and introducing them to new experiences. Summer Day Camp Counselor:

You are a fun, energetic, and excited individual You want to pursue a career in education and childcare, such as HDFS, CDA, Education, Counseling, etc. You have a passion for building a better community You have experience working with, teaching, nurturing, and/or mentoring children You have the ability to communicate and cooperate with children, other staff, and parents Minimum of 17 years or older As part of our commitment to child and member safety, there are some additional steps that all hires will be asked to complete: You will need to provide 3 references. These references should be professional references if you have work experience. If you don't have work experience, these references can be any non-family member over the age of 18 who can speak to your character and professionalism. You will also be asked to complete a drug screen for any illegal substances, a background check, and fingerprinting. We have a commitment to being great.
