To Be Determined Job Description The Summer Grounds Worker is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of school district grounds and outdoor facilities during the summer months. This position supports the Facilities Department in ensuring that all school properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain athletic fields and landscaped areas Perform general grounds maintenance, including weeding, mulching, and planting Assist with trash and debris removal across school properties Maintain sidewalks, parking lots, and outdoor common areas Support minor outdoor repairs (fences, benches, signage, etc.) Assist custodial and maintenance staff with summer projects as needed Follow all safety procedures and proper use of equipment Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities or designee Starting on or about July 1, 2026 - August 21, 2026. We are willing to work with staff regarding hours and schedule. $18.67 per hour. No experience Necessary!
