PennEngineering is seeking a motivated, excited, individual to be a part of PennEngineering Team the summer. As the Production Support at PennEngineering, you'll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things. The Manufacturing Admin supports daily plant operations by handling data entry, documentation, coordinating communication, maintaining records, ordering and assisting with scheduling and reporting. This role ensures accurate data flow between production, maintenance, and management to keep operations running efficiently. Join us as we build the future in Manufacturing and Engineering!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

: Assist with troubleshooting equipment and support maintenance needs Assist with stocking material and preventive maintenance of equipment Maintain cleanliness of work areas (sweeping, organizing tools, removing debris) Support machine operators with simple, non-technical duties Perform basic quality checks (visual inspection of parts/products) Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment Help with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for shipment Support other teams during staffing shortages Observes all safety regulations in all duties Performs other duties as required

WORK ENVIORNMENT

: Manufacturing/plant setting Standard business hours with occasional overtime based on production needs

: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Communication and teamwork High attention to detail and accuracy Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is helpful

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

: Visual acuity for detailed work. Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8-10 hrs. per day. Do occasional lifting of up to 30 - 40 lbs, from floor to waist. Compensation:

$20.00
