Responsibilities:
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing information and support as needed
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Support staff with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Maintain organized and clean workspaces, adhering to office procedures and protocols
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
