JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE
Responsible for performing various tasks within the department assigned to. This role involves assisting with departmental projects, conducting research, performing administrative duties, and collaborating with team members. The Intern will gain hands-on experience and contribute to the department's operations while developing their skills in a professional environment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects as directed by supervisors. Conduct research, gather data, and analyze information to support business decisions and strategies. Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing files, and handling correspondence. Work closely with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives. Compile and prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed. Engage with clients or customers (if applicable), providing information and assistance as required. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities provided by the company.
EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, or recent graduate in [relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science]. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in [relevant software/tools, e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, specific programming languages]. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
