The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and groups, with a focus on behavioral health. This role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting. We are especially interested in candidates who are already credentialed with Medicaid, as a large portion of our client population consists of Medicaid patients. Responsibilities Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide individual and group therapy services Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and community resources Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards Qualifications Current Ohio licensure as an LSW, LISW, or LCSW Medicaid credentialing preferred Experience working in behavioral health settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule Part-time summer position Flexible scheduling available Experience A Master's degree or Bachelor's in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. Current licensure as a Licensed Social Worker/LCSW Experience in individual group counseling and behavioral therapy is preferred. Familiarity with case management practices. Proven ability to document medical records accurately and comprehensively. Experience working within the behavioral health field, especially with youth is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
