2 Elementary Teacher(s) [one for 1st & 2nd grade & one for 3rd & 4th grade] (Teachers hired contingent upon number of students enrolling in the summer program)

REPORTS TO

Building Administrator, and/or County Supervisor

CERTIFICATION

Valid WV Teaching Certificate, K-5, preferred â€" will consider Valid certified substitute teacher

SALARY:

$250.00 per day

TERM:

AS NEEDED

June 12, 2026 â€" July 15, 2026 (The legal holidays of June 20, 2026 and July 4, 2026 are specifically excluded from the term of this contract and will not be compensated, which will observed on June 19, 2026 & July 3, 2026)

DUTIES:

1. Plans and uses appropriate instructional strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect understanding of the learning styles and needs of assigned students 2. Maintain positive communication with parents on at least a weekly basis 3. Continuously evaluate the progress of students 4. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors
