Job Description

Summer Students 2026 - Counce Mill Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) a leading manufacturer of kraft linerboard is seeking several Summer Students - General Labor positions located at its Counce, Tennessee mill.
Responsibilities:
Will perform a variety of tasks as needed which may include copying, filing, computer entry, general maintenance of property (clean-up, painting, lawn care) or perform other general helper duties in various areas of the mill.
Basic Qualifications:
Qualified individuals will meet the following criteria: 18-23 years of age be a dependent of a current PCA employee must have completed one year of college and must be enrolled full-time for the Fall 2026 semester must upload your college transcript and resume when you apply must have a minimum of a 2.3 GPA and be able to provide proof must be able to start work no later than May 18, 2026 If you are interested in employment with PCA and meet the basic qualifications listed above hit the apply button to apply.
