We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
Direct and supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and specifications
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly
Oversee safety compliance by enforcing OSHA standards and conducting regular safety meetings and inspections
Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate
Monitor project budgets and control costs through effective resource management and procurement strategies
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations
Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and safety records
Lead supervising teams on-site, providing clear direction, mentorship, and performance feedback
Requirements
Minimum 10 years experience in construction site management with a strong background in Bridge construction.
Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Hands-on experience with project scheduling, budgeting, quality control measures, and safety protocols (OSHA compliance)
Supervisory experience supervising diverse teams of tradespeople and subcontractors effectively
Excellent management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
