This is a Full-Time, non-exempt role. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the peak work hours. From September until November hours will be 7am - 7pm.

$23/hour + based on experience

Primary Duties:

Learn to Coach and train personnel to perform duties correctly and safely. Communicates with Management, Grain Originator and Logistics Personal on grain movement. Learn Quality at production level meets or exceeds customer standards. Learn, Understand and enforces OSHA standards, along with DeLong Company Inc. Policies. Continue improving in supervisory skills and job knowledge. Learn how to service and maintain equipment per DeLong Company standards. Learn Industry standard safety regulations. All safety documentation is recorded properly and on time. Learn to Monitor and be a part of grain conditioning, aeration, grain movement, cleaning operations when needed, dryer operations, task assessments and grain inventories. Helps Manager / Superintendent manage employees on daily tasks. Follow production schedule given by management. Monthly safety meeting Learn the basics of employee scheduling. Know the facility operations and able to perform the duties of general labors. Monitoring under the guidance of management on daily operations, employee training and effectiveness of employee performance. Helps and handles elevator maintenance and housekeeping. All other duties assigned by management. Required- High School Diploma 1-2-year work experience at grain handling facility. Working knowledge of PLC/Controls. Demonstrated ability to read Amp and percentage meters. Key Attributes Ability to manage confidential information. Energetic and self-driven professional, with a high degree of customer focus. Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally. Detail oriented and very organized. Good team player with an ability to interact within cross-functional team. Ability to operate a skid steer/payloader/track hoe a plus, but not required. Knowledge of Grain Handling PLC's preferred, but not required.
