This is a highly specialized case requiring strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and pediatric experience.

4th-grade female student Requires intermittent (I/O) catheterization every 2 hours via

Mitrofanoff Clinical Oversight:

Monthly on-site supervision to ensure compliance with catheterization orders and technique

Schedule:

1 visit per month (4 hours total) Additional time as needed for EIP meetings (virtual or in-person) Flexible scheduling (coordinated in advance)

Compensation:

$75/hour (4 hours per visit = $300 total per monthly visit) Additional compensation for EIP meetings (if applicable)

Responsibilities:

Conduct monthly onsite supervisory visits (4 hours/month) Observe and evaluate the performance of the assigned nurse Ensure compliance with physician orders and care plan Review documentation for accuracy and completeness Provide clinical guidance and support as needed Identify and report any concerns or changes in patient condition Maintain compliance with all state and agency regulations Attend EIP (Individualized Education Program) meetings in person or virtually, as required Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE): Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Georgia Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with catheterization Must be able to demonstrate I/O catheterization competency Pediatric experience

REQUIRED
