Supervisor / Keyholder Soul Shine Car Wash

Position Overview Soul Shine Car Wash is seeking a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Supervisor / Keyholder to help lead our daily operations. This role is responsible for supporting the General Manager, supervising staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering a five-star customer experience. The ideal candidate is someone who leads by example, works well with a team, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness. This position is perfect for someone who wants to grow into a management role and develop leadership skills in a fast-paced service environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management Supervise employees during assigned shifts Lead daily shift meetings and communicate goals to the team Ensure employees are following company policies and procedures Motivate staff to provide excellent customer service Assist with training new hires on operational procedures Monitor employee performance and provide coaching when needed Operations & Facility Management Open and close the facility as a keyholder Ensure the car wash tunnel and equipment are operating properly Monitor vehicle flow and loading procedures to maintain efficiency Assist with preventive maintenance checks and report equipment issues Maintain cleanliness of the tunnel, lot, and vacuum areas Ensure proper safety procedures are followed at all times Customer Experience Greet and assist customers when needed Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Ensure every guest receives a positive and welcoming experience Promote unlimited wash memberships and assist team with sales Sales & Performance Encourage team members to promote unlimited membership programs Monitor daily sales performance and help the team reach goals Lead by example in upselling wash packages and memberships Help drive repeat business and customer loyalty Qualifications Previous supervisory, shift lead, or keyholder experience preferred Customer service or retail leadership experience strongly preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods Must be dependable with strong attendance Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules Skills We Value Leadership and team motivation Problem solving and decision making Customer service excellence Time management and organization Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive hourly pay Growth and advancement opportunities Leadership development Positive and supportive team environment Why Work With Us At Soul Shine Car Wash, we believe our team is the reason for our success.
