Job Description
Summary:
The Supervisor - Rehabilitation Services role supervises department therapists and team members, maintains departmental operations and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting quality inpatient and outpatient patient care. This role oversees and coordinates clinical services across Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and SpeechLanguage Pathology, while also providing direct patient care and ensuring effective collaboration with hospital staff, physicians, and the community. The Supervisor collaborates with the Director to maintain efficient workflows, support staff development, and ensure adherence to hospital policies and evidence-based practices. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education:
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy required.License/Certifications:
Current state licensure in physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy required. Active BLS certification required.Experience:
Three years of clinical experience in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or SpeechLanguage PathologyAdditional Skills/Requirements Required:
Working knowledge of applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred:
