Manager, Maintenance This person is responsible for: The Reliability Supervisor provides technical and people leadership for site reliability programs, ensuring effective execution of asset care and condition monitoring strategies supporting safe, reliable operations and continuous improvement.What You'll Do:

Leadership and development of the Reliability team, including accountability for Reliability Engineers, Reliability Specialists, Condition Monitoring Technicians and Mechanics. Provide plant technical support and guidance on rotating equipment performance and other critical assets including troubleshooting, equipment repairs, and evaluation of reliability risks. Leads and supports implementation of the Asset Care Strategy, serving as site owner for the RCA program, supporting End‑of‑Life (EOL) and Bad Actors reviews, and leading reliability continuous improvement initiatives. Responsible for execution of equipment maintenance and reliability strategies, including ownership of PM/PdM programs, monitoring of equipment health, and application of lessons learned to reduce failure risk. Develop and maintain equipment monitoring and reliability reporting, leveraging condition monitoring results and key metrics to identify trends, prioritize risks, and drive corrective actions. Serve as a technical interface with vendors and OEMs as required. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and project teams to support technical reviews for new and modified equipment, including critical spare parts reviews. Ensure quality and accuracy of asset data in the CMMS (OracleEAM / SAP PM
), including hierarchy, PMs, and asset criticality. Lead innovation and continuous improvement in reliability tools, technologies, and work processes.What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering; other combinations of experience and education will be considered. 7+ years of relevant experience in maintenance or reliability within a chemical, fertilizer, or heavy industrial environment. Proven track record of improving equipment reliability through effective use of asset care strategies and maintenance optimization. Experience with vibration analysis and condition monitoring programs; familiarity with Bently Nevada System 1 preferred. Strong working knowledge of regulatory and industry standards (e.g., API, ASME, IEEE, ISA) applicable to mechanical integrity and equipment reliability. CMRP, CRL, or similar certification preferred.
