A subsidiary of The original Carpet Pro. Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Water Mitigation Supervisor to lead restoration crews and oversee water mitigation projects from start to completion. This position is responsible for managing field technicians, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service during residential and commercial restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and hands-on experience in water damage restoration, drying systems, and emergency response services. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate water mitigation technicians on residential and commercial job sites Respond to emergency water losses and oversee mitigation operations Perform moisture inspections and monitor drying progress Set up and manage drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and extraction systems Ensure all work is completed according to company standards, IICRC guidelines, and safety regulations Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and project managers Prepare job documentation including photos, moisture readings, and daily reports Train and mentor mitigation technicians Maintain inventory, vehicles, and equipment readiness Ensure proper demolition and containment procedures are followed when necessary Manage scheduling, workflow, and crew productivity Responsible for on-call for after-hours emergency services Qualifications Minimum [2-5] years of water mitigation/restoration experience Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred IICRC certifications

CURRENT AND REQUIRED

(WRT, ASD, AMRT) Strong understanding of drying principles and moisture mapping Ability to read and interpret moisture reports and job scopes Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when needed Preferred Skills Experience with Xactimate or restoration software Knowledge of mold remediation procedures OSHA safety knowledge Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Benefits Competitive base salary and commission pay Paid time off Bonus opportunities About Flood Pro Inc.
