Job Requirements Yuma, AZ Secret Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Duties Help You will plan, schedule, and oversee projects related to facility maintenance, repair, and energy management, ensuring programs are executed efficiently while evaluating results to recommend improvements and policy adjustments. You will provide guidance and expertise to managers and staff on operations, maintenance, and preventive strategies, ensuring all facilities comply with regulations and performance standards without sacrificing quality or safety. You will represent the organization at meetings, briefings, and conferences with federal, state, and local officials, effectively communicating objectives, coordinating commitments, and presenting findings on facility management matters. You will analyze data, reports, and technical documents to develop recommendations for program changes, energy conservation measures, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with policies and long-term organizational goals. You will supervise specialized branches and support teams, including maintenance boards and utilities programs, ensuring that workflow processes, performance measures, and energy management initiatives are effectively implemented. You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supervising inspection, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities, structures and utility systems, and development of minor construction projects to repair and maintain existing infrastructure. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
