SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY

You will serve as a Supervisory Interdisciplinary in the Test and Evaluation Division, Data Management Branch of

NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.

Qualifications:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09/12) grade level or pay band (NM-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Planning and managing team assets to include personnel, processes, and facilities as well as providing team make/buy guidance in compliance with corporate policy; (2) Incorporating customer needs and goals in decisions affecting the team, along with negotiating with program managers or team leaders to assign capable resources for specific projects; (3) Assisting program teams with the acquisition process and reviewing Capability Development Documents, Technology Development Strategies, Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), and Cost Requirement Descriptions; (4) Assessing the risk and/or progress toward meeting mission requirements by conducting technical assessments, as well as representing the organization as a consultant on matters pertaining to test and evaluation data resource management and data engineering analysis; (5) Providing support for implementing data management strategies and procedures through test planning, execution, and reporting along with coordinating with program sponsor/representatives, test team leadership, engineering, and contractor stakeholders to identify missing data requirements while executing data management plans; and (6) Managing data requests and troubleshooting issues submitted by stakeholders including internal/external government agencies and industry organizations.
