Job Description

Through our in-house DER staff, Jetaire provides complete avionics modification services including engineering, design, manufacturing, integration and certification, supplemental type certificate development, FAA certification assistance, and regulatory consulting services for both in house programs and contract directly to OEMs and aircraft owners and operators.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Supply Chain Coordinator - Contract, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and maintain inventory levels for routine and surge production Establish minimum stock thresholds for materials and products Track vendor capabilities in realtime and compile visual performance reports Coordinate shipping schedules and logistics for external product deliveries Maintain vendor quality records and issue trendbased corrective reports Generate chargebacks for vendor noncompliance Analyze bun usage efficiency and produce comparative vendor reports Evaluate vendors based on cost, delivery, quality, total value, and performance
QUALIFCATIONS
Requires 3 - 5 years' experience in vendor or supply chain coordination, preferably in aviation or aerospace. A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, aeronautics, or related field Must have previous supply chain experience, contract negotiation experience is a strong plus Effective negotiation and contract management skills. Skilled in sourcing alternative vendors and supplying solutions Strong organizational and multitasking skills; critical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities Precise written and verbal communication skills; familiar with reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Capable of creating visual and digital reports Analytical mindset with experience in cost analysis and performance reporting Experienced with supply chain and quality systems. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (excel, access, word, project) and AI - savvy. Must be confident, able to exhibit professional demeanor, reliable, and composed under pressure
TRAVEL:
Travel required occasionally (up to 4 days per month)
