JOB OVERVIEW

The Supply Chain Manger will oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain process within our company, which specializes in off-road vehicle accessories. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, from procurement to delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supply Chain Strategy:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and customer demands.

Vendor Management:

Identify, negotiate, and establish relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality materials and services.

Inventory Control:

Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary stock on hand while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.

Logistics:

Oversee the transportation and logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Performance Metrics:

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the supply chain.

Cost Management:

Develop and manage budgets for supply chain activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including production, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment and cohesion within the supply chain.

Continuous Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes and systems to enhance performance and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the automotive or off-road vehicle industry.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in supply chain software and tools.

Certifications:

Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) are a plus.

Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, inventory management, and procurement strategies.

Attributes:

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the off-road vehicle accessory industry.
