In this essential role, you will oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and production planning to ensure a smooth flow of products from suppliers to customers. Your expertise will enable process improvements, enhance supply chain analytics, and implement innovative strategies aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives, focusing on process improvement and lean manufacturing principles. Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management using SAP ERP and Oracle EBS systems. Oversee demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory control utilizing MRP systems and demand forecasting tools like Power BI. Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis to optimize logistics operations and reduce waste. Analyze supply chain data through Tableau, SQL, and supply chain analytics platforms to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to streamline production planning processes ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Coordinate logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure cost-effective delivery while adhering to quality standards. Qualifications and Requirements Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP (including SAP ERP), Oracle EBS, and other supply chain management software. Expertise in process improvement methodologies like Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices. Advanced knowledge of supply chain analytics tools including Tableau, Power BI, SQL databases, and supply chain dashboards. Demonstrated experience in procurement, purchasing, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination. Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions within manufacturing or distribution environments. Familiarity with MRP systems for production planning and inventory control; experience with ERP systems integration is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward common goals in a fast-paced environment.
