Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Specialist and become a vital driver of operational excellence! In this role, you will leverage your expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and process improvement to optimize our procurement, inventory control, and production planning activities. Duties Analyze supply chain data using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process enhancement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement lean manufacturing practices and Kaizen events that improve efficiency and reduce waste Manage procurement activities utilizing SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and other ERP systems to ensure timely purchasing and inventory replenishment Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inventory discrepancies to develop effective corrective actions Support demand planning and production scheduling through MRP systems to align supply with forecasted demand Lead process improvement projects employing Six Sigma methodologies to optimize logistics, inventory management, and overall supply chain performance Utilize supply chain analytics tools like SAP, Power BI, and Tableau for reporting and strategic decision-making Experience Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics roles with a focus on process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives Strong proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms for procurement, inventory control, and production planning Hands-on knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, Kaizen events, and process optimization techniques Familiarity with supply chain analytics tools including Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and other data visualization platforms Experience in demand planning, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics operations within manufacturing or distribution environments Ability to perform root cause analysis effectively and implement sustainable solutions for complex supply chain challenges Excellent communication skills with the capacity to collaborate across departments to drive efficiency improvements Join us in shaping a resilient and innovative supply chain!
