Job Description
Support Analyst I Launch Your IT Career with Us Are you ready to take the next step in your IT career? As a Support Analyst I, you'll be on the front lines of helping employees stay productive, connected, and confident in their technology. This entry‑level role is a great opportunity to build hands‑on experience, learn from seasoned IT professionals, and grow within an established and collaborative environment. What You'll Do You'll be a key part of our IT support team, helping ensure employees can do their best work every day. In this role, you will:
- Respond to and resolve IT Help Desk tickets with exceptional customer service.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and business applications.
- Perform day‑to‑day IT maintenance and support for desktops, peripherals, and site systems.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and shared network resources.
- Support the deployment and testing of new software, hardware, and productivity tools.
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for desktops, software, and related equipment.
- Collaborate with other IT teams, project managers, and senior analysts to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Participate in research and evaluation of emerging technologies to help enhance our computing environment.
- Assist in analyzing system, network, and application usage to support growth and capacity planning.
- Contribute to site‑level and enterprise‑wide IT projects and initiatives. What You Bring We're looking for someone who is curious, solution‑oriented, and excited to grow. You'll be successful in this role if you have:
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and desktop applications.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools, standards, and protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
