Job Description

The primary location of this position is the Cullowhee, NC campus. Assist the Mail Room Manager with the operation of the Campus Mail service. This includes but is not limited to: the timely delivery of all mail received from the US Post Office and our own campus, processing all outgoing mail with proper postage back to the Post Office, operation of the Mail room hardware and software. Assist the University Printing Services with various binding operations. Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position Understanding of the requirements for daily processing of University Mail in accordance with US Postal regulations. Basic trouble shooting for PAW Print devices. Minimum Qualifications Some state job postings say you can qualify by an 'equivalent combination of education and experience.' Anticipated Hiring Range $37,020 Position Type Permanent Full-Time Number of Hours per Week 40 Number of Months per Year 12 Salary Band Range $33,540 - $58,335 Salary Grade For administrative purposes during the implementation of Career Banding this is contributing level posiiton is considered a Salary Grade 55.
