Support Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a part-time Child Support Specialist to join our team. As a Child Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and to the court system. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a client-centric mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
• Assist clients with child support related questions and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients over the phone
• Maintain accurate records of child support payments
• Perform data entry tasks to update client information in the system
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex client issues
• Maintain active case load, work independently

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
• Efficient on excel and microsoft word preferred

Benefits:

This is a part-time position and does not offer any benefits, but may eventually work into afull-time position.

From $15,000.00 per year
