About the Position We are looking for a Supportive Housing Supervisor to join our team in Ashland, Oregon! The Supportive Housing Supervisor will monitor all aspects of the daily program operations and oversee client support services. They will assist with coordination of scheduling and/or providing transportation to health care arrangements. The Supportive Housing Supervisor will demonstrate competence in leadership, wellness, oversight and evaluation of services, staff development, service planning, case management and coordination. They will help individuals with high hospitalization admissions stay safe in the community with the goal to decrease hospital visits.

Work Schedule:

Sunday through Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day What You'll Make $5,000-$6,250 per month DOE/Credentials Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates. About the Program Rogue Ridge is 26-unit Permanent Supportive Housing program providing affordable housing to local citizens who are low-income and chronically without housing, along with a combination of behavioral health and tenancy supports ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Load Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. What You'll Need Must be certified as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) OR meet eligibility to register with MHACBO. Eligibility requires 1 out of 3 Criteria below: Bachelor's degree in

Behavioral Science:
