Nights Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous casino surveillance experience preferred. Knowledge of closed circuit television monitoring systems and operation. Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations relating to gaming and alcohol. Present a well groomed, professional appearance and attitude. Read, write, speak and understand English. Computer literate in a variety of computer programs. Friendly, outgoing personality.
Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands:
Work in a fast pace, stressful work environment. Work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Tolerate areas with secondary smoke. Tolerate high noise levels, bright light and dust. Work in tight quarters and enclosed.
Overall Responsibilities:
Responsible for the security and integrity of all games, protect the company's assets. To conduct continuous surveillance of all areas of the casino via floor surveillance and the CCTV system as directed by Surveillance Manager per Gaming Commission, departmental and company regulation.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for the safety and security of guests and employees. Protect the company's property and assets. Perform all surveillance-related duties for the casino and property. Surveillance observation of sensitive areas. Provide closed circuit television monitoring for all money drops and collections. Operate the closed circuit television monitoring system. Casino floor games protection. Know all casino games and reading of slot machines. Write complete and accurate reports. Any reasonable request made by management. Supports other Managers with assistance and information relating to the protection of assets in their respective departments, as well as fellow Operators in the performance of their duties.
