Full-Time We are partnered with a well-established, award-winning engineering & surveying firm known for delivering high-precision infrastructure and land development projects across Illinois and the Midwest. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced Survey Project Manager ready to take full ownership of clients, teams, and project delivery. This is not just a management role—it is a leadership seat in the Survey Group , with direct responsibility for project execution, profitability, and client relationships across multiple concurrent projects. What You'll Own Lead survey teams on boundary, ALTA, topographic, IDOT, and construction staking projects Manage multiple concurrent projects from kickoff through closeout Own project budgets, proposals, and scopes with a focus on accuracy and margin Oversee QA/QC for plats, boundary computations, and final deliverables Direct field and office staff with accountability and mentorship Manage and grow client relationships and support business development efforts Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal leadership Conduct and oversee deed research and public records analysis What You Bring Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)- Illinois
